Free cosmetics!? how is it gonna be?

The case is that cosmetic companies made agreements NOT to have competition in price, meaning not lowering a price to sell more cosmetics than another company. Such agreements are illegal and disrupt the economic system. Therefore, to make up for all the money they SHOULDN'T have earned, specific companies are going to give away free cosmetics. I think it's a limit to two items per person, so know what you want before claiming them.
