What can I do to stop Yahoo "To protect you, your account has been suspended for up to 48 hours" ?

This is NOT related to someone trying to guess my pword but is merely an excuse for Yahoo's lack of concern. My "premium services" do not even merit Yahoo attention to this problem which is obviously widespread.
