Is my bff (male)starting to want more than just a friendship?

Lately me and my bff have been spending practically everyday together just hanging out meeting up for drinks etc. But lately he seems different, he always want to see me when he gets off work, always spending his weekends off with me when he used to just get out with his cousins or other female friends. He ended up staying the night with me a few nights ago and was began to wrap his arm around me but I ignored it because he was a tad bit tipsy. Finally what really made think twice I told him I made a 95 on my midterm he was like I should get u a reward...n says he has a surprise for me,now I go off to meet him somewhere n he kept asking did i leave my house yet and I said yes..to make a long story short when I got bk home he had me a brand new 48 " flat screen tv in my foyer waiting on me as my surprise and a pair of jeans and new boots i wanted. Idk what to do or how to go about asking him does he want more than a friendship.
