Have i finally found Him?

ok so my cat crackerjack is 20 she is fat & white she likes bellyrubs! she was a stray so idk where she came from but prolly heaven anyway. i hav this new neighbor & he has a fat white cat Reginald. crackerjack was always kinda sad i knew she had a family. i think reginald is her Littermate. he is also fat and white (like my aunt denise lol) & loves his belly rubbed. he & crackerjack get along so well. do u think they are siblings? reginald is also elderly, about 20. they were both born in the same area, i asked reggie's owner terrence. we let them play together now they fought one time but now they like to sniff each other & share outdoor food bowls. so...did i finally find him, my cat's brother?
