My Samsung Player Does Not Play Newer Blue Rays. (Important to me... Desperate.?

It's not your older equipment because I just bought a new Samsung Blue ray DVD player 2 weeks ago and I'm having the same type of problem. The movie actually starts (newest Terminator) but then it just freezes. Remote doesn't respond and I can only power it off wait and power back on. I've tried other Blue-Ray movies and they work fine. I'm wondering if there is a firmware or code update for the players.
