You will need to keep in mind that it's an employers market and most are no longer paying relocation or minimal relocation. If you are fortunate in finding g a company that offers full relo which includes buyout of your existing home jump on it. Most don't do that anymore as they are then stuck with real estate they can't sell. If relo is offered it may appear in the job description. If it isn't I would not recommend bringing it up unless they do and until you are offered the position. Then you might use it as a bargaining chip.
