How do you make your business LLC, INC, or any of those business name type things?

I have a small business, but it isnt LLC, or INC. it doesnt have the logo copyrighted or whatever you would do with that kind of stuff. what do you do to get it to be a specific name after the company name (llc, inc, ect.) and what do you have to do to get the logo copyrighted or trademarked or whatever?????????
