MARTINVILLE, La. -- Four men have been charged with first-degree murder of a man whose headless body was found in the Atchafalaya River.Nelson Joseph Rivero, 41, of Youngsville and Gustavo Acosta, 19, Julio Rodriguez, 22, and Jose Acosta, 34, are accused of killing 27-year-old Mario Lopez of Mexico.The Acostas and Rodriguez all are undoented Mexican aliens who, like Lopez, had been living in the Lafayette area.Lopez' body was found Sept. 2 in the Atchafalaya River south of Interstate 10.St. Martin Parish prosecutor Chester Cedars would not talk about details of the allegations, and said he has not decided whether to see the death penalty against any of the men.http://www.katc.com/Global/story.asp?S=7257529
