Please please help me with this?

I have a history project where i have to make a care package and pretend that im sending it to a soldier fighting in ww2. I need to put 8 items in there that are all different. What kinds of things did people put in them? Specifically. Like i cant say skittles for candy because those weren't around back then obviously lol! Please and thankyou :) I know that people put razors and candy and stuff but specifically what brands of things were out back then ?
