Sfsync02.sys error on bootup?

i installed a game called brothers in arms and it had some driver that wasnt digitally signed or something, and now my computer wont even boot up. i've tried starting it normally, in safe mode, and also the use last know good configuration option and i cant get it to boot back up. all the fixes for this problem that i have found involve removing/updating the file once your computer has started, but i cant get that far. any help?
