What is your favorite Marvel Comics film (1998-2010 series)?

Spider-Man is my all-time favorite and has gotten the best production treatment. I like both Hulks, all the Blades, X-Men: The Last Stand, X-Men Origins: Wolverine and Fantastic 4. Iron Man is ok...kinda overrated...part 2 was better. Looking forward to Captain America and Thor this year.
