Please help soooon- question on projectile motion.?

A ball that is pitched is hit by a batter at a 40 degree angle and just clears the outfield fence, which is 103 meters away. If the fence is at the same height as the pitch, what is the velocity of the ball when it left the bat? (Ignore air resistance). I've tried for so long, but I really can't get it.
